Team, Please provide me the names of SDKs that are available only for on-premise ?
And is there any SDK that is available in cloud versions but not in on-premise versions, or vice versa?

No such thing exists. Snowplow isn’t an SDK, it’s a set of applications, all of which are available for deployment via docker, but none of which are distributed for an on-premise deployment. The pipeline depends on cloud technologies like Kinesis or PubSub
