Snowplow Real-time Processing with ELK

For engineers AWS real-time pipeline

Hi,
I want to setup Snowplow with (Real-time Processing) with / without AWS Cloudformation and also want to use ELK

Collector --> Stream-Enrich --> Kinesis-S3 --> EMR --> Redshift with ELK

But not getting exact documentation. can anyone help.
