Does Scala Stream Collector support GA Duplicator?

Hello Guys,

     I am setting up GA with snowplow R99. 
     I am using Scala Stream Collector. Does it support GA Duplicator? 
     If not then Which collector should I use?

I am getting Pixel with pixel url correctly.
Data is getting at Google Analytics.
Its not getting Duplicated at NGINX. I can not see POST requests in NGINX logs.
