Solution found: It’s some sort of local firewall issue. It works if I tether via my mobile phone. Will contact my local network admin.
I have used Snowplow’s quick start guide and have successfully set up a pipeline on AWS.
It’s currently collecting events according to the Snowplow console:
However, when trying to access the database via Tableau or our SQL query tool - we are unable to connect.
Would this be a local firewall issue or that the database is not set up for connections?
