Redshift Web Model 1.1.0 released

We are very excited to announce the first of our new generation of data models - the Redshift web model v1.

This release builds upon what we’ve learned from running closed-source incremental models, and introduces a modular structure which allows for a fully maintained SQL model which can be safely extended to support custom logic.

To read more about our thoughts on the evolution of this model and structure, check out our blog post on the topic.

Key features

  • Extensible modular structure
  • Metadata log tables for easier debugging
  • Great Expectations based tests
  • Feature-flagged optional additions

The models themselves - along with more detail on structure, configuration and features - can be found in the new data-models github repo.
