We’re struggling with tracking sources that customers know us. Currently, we’re running a lot of marketing campaigns through channels to acquire Leads but when they become customers, we don’t know exactly which channel brings them to us. For example, users watch our videos on Youtube & click on the account-opening link in the description but do not complete the onboarding progress. Several days later, they search for our company name on Google and complete the onboarding progress. How can we track that those users come to us through Youtube?
